Course Description:

Adventure of Discipleship is a free online course designed for the everyday Catholic seeking to learn and grow as a disciple of Jesus. Dr. Keating will guide students through his book Adventure of Discipleship. This course uses the lens of adventure and examples drawn from great adventure stories like The Lord of the Rings and Chronicles of Narnia (and other novels and movies) to illustrate various dimensions of Christian discipleship. Students will be inspired to more fully embrace the adventure of discipleship to which Jesus is calling them.

This course is not intended to be academically strenuous but to provide a shallow-entry point for those who have busy lives and need flexibility. This course is designed for personal enrichment and does not count towards any academic credit at Sacred Heart Major Seminary or for any certification in the Archdiocese of Detroit.
